Ready Player one, based on Ernie Cline’s debut novel, has been turned into a movie ready to hit the big screen in March. And today, Warner Bros. released a first official trailer of the movie on Facebook Live.
Ready Player One tells the story of Wade Watts, a teenager living in 2045 who only escapes from the overcrowded real world is through an existence in virtual reality.
Basically, the novel Ready Player One is set in a dystopian world where almost everyone spends a majority of their time in a virtual reality system known as OASIS, where players can visit any conceivable world.
Along with the trailer, Warner Bros. released a retro poster for the film that recalls back to the novel’s paperback cover.
